SUMMARY:

Helpdesk support for onsite and remote sites.

Provide technical support to users over computers, printers, scanners, monitors and blackberry device via on hands, telephone and remote access.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

***Perform troubleshooting over PCs, printers, scanners, monitors, blackberry devices

***Perform hardware and software installations

***Handle PC inventory

***Perform troubleshooting with Lenovo, Sony and HP over PCs

***Perform troubleshooting with HP over printers

***Perform troubleshooting with AT&T over blackberry devices

***Take helpdesk support calls/emails and create troubleshooting record tickets

***Communicate well within helpdesk and escalate issued to adequate teams

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (JOB QUALIFICATION)

·             3 years experience in helpdesk level 1 in enterprise environment

·             Strong technical troubleshooting skill in Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional

·             Strong technical troubleshooting skill in MS Office 2000 and 2003

·             Business level bilingual skill in English and Japanese in speaking/reading/writing (50%/50%)

·             Positive work ethics and professionalism

 

NOTE

Work hours in 2 shifts (Morning 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Night 12:00PM to 8:00PM) with 1 hour lunch
